With heavy hearts, we share that Dr. Raquel M. Martinez has departed for her heavenly home on Sunday, April 12th, the beloved wife of Bishop Joel N. Martinez and a cherished member of our extended Lydia Patterson Institute family.
We give thanks to God for her life—for her love, her presence, and the legacy she leaves. Her life was a witness of faith, grace, and service.
Bishop Martinez is a proud alumnus of LPI, a valued member of our Board, and a faithful, steadfast supporter of our ministry.
